Striker Vo Nguyen Hoang will officially join Thanh Hoa FC from the second phase of V-League 2023, on loan from PVF-CAND FC (currently playing in the national first division). The U.23 Vietnam striker is considered an addition to upgrade the attack in the effort to compete for the V-League 2023 championship.

Thanh Hoa FC is currently second in the table with 23 points after 12 rounds. Previously, the Thanh Hoa team had many consecutive rounds at the top of the table.
