In particular, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong noted that the Quang Binh Border Guard must identify the task of preserving and protecting the integrity of national border sovereignty and security as the top priority task, in order to coordinate well, grasp the local situation, forecast and survey accurately, early and from afar, the plots and sabotage tricks of hostile and reactionary forces, and deploy effective prevention, control, containment and combat plans.
