Speaking at the program, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, expressed his joy and excitement and congratulated the Quang Thien Commune Party Committee for its solidarity, efforts to overcome difficulties, and many important results in socio-economic development, especially maintaining and improving the quality of the criteria of an advanced new rural commune, contributing to the Party Committee, government and people of Kim Son district to achieve new rural standards in 2022. He also emphasized that in the coming time, in the journey to strive to build Quang Thien into a model new rural commune, taking care of people's lives, doing well in poverty reduction, and ensuring social security must be paid more attention to concretize the consistent policy and viewpoint of the Party and State of "leaving no one behind" and promoting the fine traditions, spirit of mutual love and affection of the Vietnamese people so that everyone, every family can celebrate Tet fully, completely and warmly.
On this occasion, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, supported the construction and repair of houses for 5 poor households in Kim Son district, each household with 50 million VND, with a total value of 250 million VND; presented 800 gifts to families of meritorious people, poor households, near-poor households, households receiving social assistance, and people in difficult circumstances in Quang Thien commune.
These meaningful gifts not only help families prepare for Tet thoughtfully and fully, but also serve as a source of encouragement, helping families overcome difficulties, improve their quality of life and escape poverty sustainably in the future.
