The work of building grassroots party organizations, developing party members; training, fostering, and implementing cadre policies has been directed and implemented with attention. Total retail sales of goods are estimated at VND 46,055 billion. Export turnover is estimated at USD 1,933 million. Number of visitors to tourist attractions is 6,520 thousand, revenue is estimated at VND 6,269 billion. Having completed the organization of the 2024 high school graduation exam ensuring safety, seriousness, compliance with regulations, achieving high results, Ninh Binh ranked 2nd nationwide in terms of high school graduation exam scores.

Discussing at the conference, delegates analyzed and clarified the causes of difficulties and obstacles in implementing tasks in July and proposed a number of key tasks and solutions that need to be focused on leading, directing and implementing in August 2024.

At the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Mai Van Tuat and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc spoke, discussed, supplemented and emphasized some outstanding results of the province in socio-economic development in July; clarified some contents on issues that delegates were interested in and noted some key tasks in August.

Accordingly, it is necessary to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in budget collection; speed up site clearance, implementation progress and disbursement of public investment projects being deployed in the area. In particular, it is necessary to focus on leading and directing the work of arranging administrative units, especially plans for arranging staff, using public assets, ensuring seriousness, efficiency, and creating high consensus. Strengthen the management of land and mineral resources; strictly handle violations of the Land Law.

Focus on reviewing and completing the targets of the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the 22nd Provincial Party Congress.
