At the conference, people of Que Lam commune reflected on the difficulties and backlogs in basic construction, site clearance, land management, environmental sanitation, clean water, electricity; and the deterioration of routes DH1, DH5, and National Highway 14H.

Local residents said that some projects in the area were behind schedule; flooding occurred at Phuoc Hoi Stadium and neighboring households; there was a risk of landslides on Ganh (Ty Lo) road; and they requested to repair the inter-commune roads in Thach Bich and Phuoc Hoi that were deteriorating...

In a dialogue with the people of Que Lam commune, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nong Son district stated: Over the past 16 years of establishment, Nong Son district has made quite steady steps in socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security, building the Party and the political system.

The national target program on new rural construction has been widely implemented and achieved many important results. The whole district has achieved 89 new rural criteria (5 communes), an average of 17.8 criteria/commune according to the new set of criteria for the period 2022 - 2025, with 4/5 communes meeting new rural standards.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, an important issue for the district in the coming time is to implement the policy of merging Nong Son into Que Son district according to Resolution No. 1241 of the National Assembly Standing Committee. This is a major policy of the Party and State in implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the state administrative apparatus.

Mr. Hoa hopes that people will continue to participate in Party and government building; well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, unite to create high consensus to bring the movements into depth and effectiveness.

After responding to the petitions of the people of Que Lam commune, the Standing Committee of Nong Son District Party Committee also requested that departments and localities respond to issues of concern to the people.
