The Provincial Party Secretary highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Bloc agencies in the first quarter of 2024. Propaganda work and organization of activities to celebrate important political events, major national and local holidays in the first quarter of 2024 were actively implemented, especially activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring and welcome the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin 2024 to ensure joy, health, safety and economy. Organize study and dissemination of the 2024 Special Topic "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on practicing democracy and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline" and providing current news in the first quarter of 2024 for cadres and party members. Attention has been paid to political and ideological education, information and propaganda work, grasping public opinion, directing and orienting press information continue to be strengthened. The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have advised the Provincial Party Committee to complete the work of commenting, evaluating and classifying collectives and individuals in leadership and management in 2023 according to decentralization. The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has advised the Provincial Party Committee to issue regulations, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational apparatus of specialized agencies to advise and assist the Provincial Party Committee. Decision to establish the Document Subcommittee, Personnel Subcommittee and Organization Subcommittee to serve the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Each agency and unit has proactively developed a plan to implement key tasks in 2024 and an inspection and supervision plan for 2024 from the beginning of the year. In addition, it has deployed and guided the implementation of the arrangement of organizations, cadres, civil servants, and public employees of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in localities implementing the arrangement of district-level and commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2030 for units and localities under the province. The work of cadres is carried out in accordance with the procedures and regulations, ensuring the principle of unified leadership of the Party. Up to now, the process of introducing personnel to review and supplement the planning of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and key leadership positions of the province for the terms 2020 - 2025, 2021 - 2026 and the terms 2025 - 2030, 2026 - 2031 has been completed. The Decision has been issued to approve the review and supplement of the planning of leadership cadres under the management of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for 50 agencies, units, and localities. Party committees, party organizations, agencies and units have completed the vote of confidence for Party committee leaders and leaders in Party, State, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations according to regulations. Mass mobilization work has achieved good results, closely following and grasping the thoughts and aspirations of union members and people, especially the situation before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024. In order to well perform the assigned tasks in the second quarter of 2024, the Provincial Party Secretary requested each agency and unit, according to its assigned functions and tasks, to continue to monitor and grasp the ideological situation among cadres, party members and people, promptly grasp pressing issues and complicated cases to advise the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee to direct handling. Continue to well implement the inspection and supervision program and plan determined in the second quarter of 2024 by the Provincial Party Standing Committee. At the same time, advise the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee on documents implementing the organization of Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030; Outline of the Political Report and Outline of the Review Report of the Provincial Party Committee (term XIV) to submit to the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 (after receiving direction from the Central Committee). Advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to summarize the Party building work and mass mobilization work in the first 6 months of 2024. In addition, advise the leaders and direct the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the same level to carefully prepare for the organization of congresses, ensuring that the commune-level congresses are completed in April 2024; the district-level congresses are completed in June 2024; and prepare for the 9th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term to be completed in August 2024. Continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the political system, especially "Skilled mass mobilization", and mass mobilization of the government. Do a good job of mass mobilization in compensation and site clearance for works and projects, grasp emerging issues right at the grassroots level to advise the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to direct timely handling.
