According to the staff of Twitter Beans Coffee (Vu Pham Ham Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi), the robot named Bao was put into operation by the shop on April 20 to bring a new experience to customers.
"Bao has enough energy to serve customers from 6am to 11pm. Bao interacts with customers through contact signals on the head and ears like a cat" - this employee introduced.
The cafe's special service staff is on duty.
Meanwhile, the robot named Tu performed a rather skillful bartending performance, although it still had certain limitations. At the bar, many customers, especially children, seemed to enjoy this robot.
Tu demonstrated making coffee, but the movements were not very precise.
Meanwhile, Chi is a robot that can take photos, helping to preserve happy and meaningful moments. With the appearance of robots, Twitter Beans Coffee is called "the coffee shop of the future".

The fourth robot, named Thu, has a very special ability, which is to write calligraphy like a real scholar.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, a customer at the restaurant on the afternoon of May 1, was very excited to experience the robot service for the first time, especially having "photographer" Chi take free souvenir photos.
"My daughter is very fond of Bao. When her head is touched, Bao will say: "Your hand is warm!", and if teased, Bao will respond: "Stop teasing me, I still have to work"..., or have other cute interactions" - Mr. Hung said.
Bao's interactions with people are considered very cute.
The trend of using robots to serve customers in restaurants and eateries has not appeared much in Vietnam but has appeared a lot in China. In many restaurants in this country, robots have long played the role of waiters, waitresses, chatting with customers, and even dancing and singing.
