Comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended the conference at the National Assembly House (Hanoi).

In Thai Binh, the conference was connected to 346 points in the whole province with nearly 36,000 delegates attending. Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee headquarters were Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of the Provincial People's Council and People's Committee; former members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and mass organizations of the province.

According to the program, the conference listened to Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, deliver a presentation on the topic: "Core contents and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam"; Comrade Pham Minh Chinh, Politburo member, Prime Minister, delivered the topic: "Core contents and new points in the draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026 - 2030 and the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year state finance - budget plan 2025 - 2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North - South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government"; Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee, delivered the topic: "The core contents and new points in the draft Report summarizing the Party building work and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Party's Election Regulations; on summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress".

Through the conference, the awareness and responsibility of Party committees, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, localities, cadres and Party members in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the Party Central Committee (13th tenure) will be raised. The highest concentration will be placed on finishing work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and best prepare for Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress.
