As planned, the opening ceremony of Huong Tich Pagoda festival will be held on January 6, Giap Thin year (Wednesday, February 15, 2024) at the provincial level, coordinated by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the People's Committee of Can Loc district.

To organize the festival well and at the same time introduce and promote the potential and advantages of the national scenic relic site of Huong Tich Pagoda - Hong Mountain to friends and domestic and foreign tourists, Can Loc district will focus on promoting propaganda work on local and central mass media; create QR codes to introduce Huong Pagoda tourist area and multimedia explanations.

Secretary of Can Loc District Party Committee Nghiem Sy Dong: Organizing the festival must become an annual activity; activities in the festival must be concise, focusing on the festival part, creating highlights, uniqueness, creating an atmosphere for tourists and people in the early spring of the new year.

The district has also developed a plan to organize cultural, artistic and sports activities to effectively exploit traditional cultural values, meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of tourists and Buddhists from near and far. Promote and call on organizations, individuals and businesses to invest in renovating and promoting the cultural heritage value of Huong Tich Pagoda, building tourism and service infrastructure, worthy of the potential advantages of the "Hoan Chau first scenic spot" region.
