Inspection results: a fine of VND 3,000,000 (Three million VND) for trading in smuggled cosmetics. Forced to destroy administrative violation evidence worth VND 4,250,000.

Immediately afterwards, on June 14, 2024, Market Management Team No. 4 coordinated with the Investigation Police Team of Thang Binh District Police and Binh Lanh Commune Police, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province to inspect the MAI THUONG SI TUYEN BUSINESS HOUSEHOLD, located at Nam Binh Son Village, Binh Lanh Commune, Thang Binh District, Quang Nam Province, using a Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/Maithuongsituyen?mibextid=LQQJ4d) with 98,000 followers, with Mr. Bui Van Thuong as the legal representative of the business household. The case was transferred to the Market Management Department for a fine of VND 22,000,000 (Twenty-two million VND) for two acts (Trading in counterfeit goods and trading in goods of unknown origin). The total value of the violated goods was VND 26,695,000. Of which, the value of the infringing goods subject to remedial measures; forced destruction is 10,695,000 VND. The value of the confiscated goods is 16,000,000 VND.
