Temporarily suspend all ferry operations to and from islands in Kien Giang

Mr. Truong Ngoc Phuoc, Director of Kien Giang Inland Waterways Port Authority, informed that inland waterway routes near the shore such as Rach Gia - Hon Tre, Rach Gia - Lai Son, Ha Tien - Tien Hai, Kien Luong - Hon Nghe and other near-shore routes are also temporarily suspended due to bad weather.

According to the weather forecast for the morning of September 6, in the Southern region, on the sea of ​​Kien Giang, from Phu Quoc to Ca Mau and the Gulf of Thailand, there will be strong southwest monsoon winds blowing at level 7, level 8, gusting to level 8, level 9, combined with heavy rain creating waves from 2-3m high, causing very rough seas.
