"Hanoi Art Light Festival - Brilliant Thang Long" will officially take place for 15 minutes, starting at 11:30 p.m. on February 9 (ie December 30, the year of the Dragon).

To ensure the program runs smoothly and serve people conveniently on New Year's Eve, the organizing committee coordinated with Tay Ho District Police and other units to arrange 15 parking spots for cars and motorbikes.

There are 3 parking spots for the organizers, volunteers, VIP attendees and sponsors' guests, at the following addresses:
