Party committees and commanders at all levels have actively and proactively studied, grasped, learned, and implemented resolutions, directives, regulations, statutes, and instructions of all levels on Party building work and internal political protection work, promptly concretizing and issuing resolutions, regulations, plans, and instructions for implementation in line with the reality and tasks of the unit. At the same time, the organization strictly implemented the discipline and living regime, maintained the leadership principles, internal solidarity and unity, built clean, strong, and exemplary Party organizations, and comprehensively strong units that are "exemplary and exemplary".

The conference comprehensively assessed the achievements, limitations, causes and lessons learned after 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW of the Politburo on Vietnam's National Defense Strategy. In the coming time, Division 9 will continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW in conjunction with resolutions, directives and conclusions of all levels on national defense tasks, protecting the Fatherland, and effectively carry out Party building work and protect internal political security. Along with that, the division will strengthen the leadership and direction capacity of Party committees and commanders of agencies and units in national defense tasks, contributing to maintaining security and order in the stationed areas.

At the conference, the Party Committee and the Commander of Division 9 awarded certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW of the Politburo on Vietnam's National Defense Strategy. Immediately after the conference, Major General Truong Ngoc Hoi organized a review of experiences as a basis for units in the entire corps to successfully organize conferences at their level.
