Exciting summer activities for students

Mr. Le Dinh Duy - Secretary of the Youth Union of Nguyen Trai High School said that, implementing Official Dispatch No. 2102/SGDĐT-QLGD, dated May 22, 2025 of the Department of Education and Training on organizing summer activities for children and students, the Youth Union leader organized 7 propaganda sessions on the current situation, harms, measures to prevent school violence; safety and principles when using electricity; life skills education, ... for the children.

“School violence is a burning issue that is always of concern to society because it is related to ethics, the relationship between students and teachers, as well as between students. Therefore, the school promotes propaganda and dissemination of knowledge and skills on preventing and combating school violence for students, contributing to raising their awareness, achieving the goal of comprehensive education and training, and building a clean, healthy and safe school environment,” said the Secretary of the Youth Union of Nguyen Trai High School.

In addition, every year, the school always innovates legal propaganda, integrates life skills education for students into subjects, extracurricular activities, and experiential activities, ensuring practicality, effectiveness, easy-to-understand, easy-to-remember content, and age-appropriateness.

Nguyen Thi Yen Nhi (11A4 student) said: “By participating in activities, I have been able to consolidate my knowledge about life, have proper behavior in social relationships, know how to love and share feelings. I wish to participate in more experiential activities to have a more objective view and behave appropriately in the school environment.”

As part of this year's summer activities, on August 16, 2025, Nguyen Trai High School continued to organize propaganda on the topic "Safety and principles when using electricity" under the guidance of Mr. Tran Van Nguyen - Physics teacher, attracting more than 40 students to participate.

“The activity aims to help students understand the importance of saving electricity, basic handling of electrical problems, and safety principles when using electricity so that they can apply them to real life in the most appropriate way,” said Mr. Nguyen.

Nguyen Minh Loi (11A3 student) said: “I feel that the summer activities organized by the school are very good, meaningful and practical, helping us gain more useful knowledge about preventing and combating school violence as well as safety principles when using electricity. I will try my best to apply what I have learned.”

Mr. Truong Duc Thang - Vice Principal of Nguyen Trai High School said that these activities help students build a friendly, united and loving school environment. In the coming time, the school will continue to organize meaningful activities for students to equip them with more useful practical knowledge, creating conditions for them to develop comprehensively./.
