House collapses in Ho Chi Minh City, trapped victims still alive

On September 24, a house collapsed at 133/4 Binh Quoi Street, Ward 27, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City. Authorities arrived promptly to rescue the victims.

Initial information, at around 12:30, the house at the above address was under repair when it suddenly collapsed completely. At that time, there were 5 people inside.

People nearby rushed to the rescue and took 3 people out for emergency treatment, two people were still trapped. Upon receiving the news, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Team of Binh Thanh District Police quickly arrived at the scene to carry out the rescue.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, PC07 - Ho Chi Minh City Police also immediately deployed forces to support.

Major Huynh Nguyen Thuan, Deputy Captain of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team, PC07 Ho Chi Minh City Police, directly commanded the scene.

Using professional measures, the authorities found a victim trapped alive and is receiving first aid, then being transferred to the nearest hospital.
