Hanoi Law University's 2nd campus worth nearly 1,800 billion is about to be inaugurated

According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal, on August 11, the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee and Hanoi Law University had a meeting to organize the inauguration and signboard installation of the school's second campus.

Specifically, Hanoi Law University Campus 2 was built in Dong Nguyen Ward, Bac Ninh Province since 2019 on an area of about 28 hectares, with a total investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND.

Up to now, the basic items have been completed and it is expected that students will return to study from the 2025-2026 school year.

Associate Professor Dr. To Van Hoa - President of Hanoi Law University - said that the inauguration and sign-posting ceremony of the school's second campus in Bac Ninh province is scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on August 19, as part of the program to start construction and inaugurate key national projects on the occasion of the 80th National Day on September 2.

Mr. Hoa proposed that the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province pay attention and direct relevant agencies to coordinate with the school to organize the program, including ensuring connection lines, implementing plans to ensure security, safety, fire prevention and fighting, traffic flow, etc.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Loi emphasized that the inauguration ceremony and signboard installation of the second campus of Hanoi Law University in Bac Ninh is one of the three important events of the locality.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province requested that departments and branches closely coordinate with the school to ensure the script is correct, solemn, effective and absolutely safe.

In which, Bac Ninh Provincial Police proactively developed a plan to ensure security, order, traffic safety and fire prevention and fighting at 3 bridge points of Bac Ninh province, and at the same time coordinated with Bac Ninh Provincial Military Command to clear bombs and mines.

The Department of Construction is responsible for reviewing the technical aspects and arranging space at the event site. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ensures the content of the celebration, decoration and welcoming art program. The Department of Health proactively plans and arranges staff on duty at the connection points.

Vice President Le Xuan Loi requested Hanoi Law University to preside over the development and management of a detailed script for the inauguration ceremony, to put up a signboard for the second campus, and to coordinate with agencies, units, and localities of the province to fully prepare content, personnel, means, logistics, etc.
