Sustainable production helps towards green growth

At the workshop, Mr. Pham Hoai Trung - Head of the Net to Zero 2050 campaign to respond to climate change reported on the topic "Green transformation towards sustainable development". In which, the pillar and foundation of ESG ( Environment, Society and Corporate Governance ) is an important factor in investment decisions and choosing business partners.

In the current context, dual transformation including Digital Transformation and Green Transformation has become an important factor towards sustainable development. Digital transformation not only brings efficiency and flexibility in production management but also helps optimize resources and minimize waste. At the same time, green transformation helps minimize environmental impacts and create a healthy living environment for the community.

Mr. Phi Anh Tuan - Head of Digital Transformation Department of DXCenter's business segment presented a paper on "Digital transformation in green manufacturing" which outlined issues related to green manufacturing and challenges that businesses face when switching to green manufacturing. Control solutions help increase efficiency in green manufacturing such as MES application - automating production lines; enhancing the exploitation of corporate governance efficiency, focusing on meeting the targets in the ESG roadmap as well as reducing carbon emissions from production activities, businesses can save operating costs, increase productivity efficiency and reduce risks of regulations and policies related to climate change.
