Review and count the number of vehicles refused to be inspected.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the current data on vehicles that have been refused registration by the Vietnam Automobile Transport Association is incomplete, inaccurate, and even differs greatly from vehicle registration data from management agencies. In addition, the application of current legal regulations is unclear and inconsistent.

Review and count the number of vehicles refused to be inspected.

Deputy Minister of Construction Le Anh Tuan requested the Vietnam Automobile Transport Association to urgently review and specifically report the list of vehicles in trouble, including: number of vehicles, business owners, business type, license plate, and reason for trouble.

In addition, the association needs to strengthen the dissemination of legal regulations to enterprises, cooperatives, and transportation business households on the obligation to change vehicle registration papers to match the license plate color; closely coordinate with banks and credit institutions to support enterprises in releasing mortgages and borrowing documents to change vehicle registration papers according to regulations.

The Ministry of Construction also assigned the Vietnam Register to proactively coordinate with associations and construction departments to guide businesses in completing the change of vehicle registration certificates to match the license plate color; and to thoroughly resolve difficult cases based on the list compiled from departments and associations.
