On the evening of July 31, Global Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP.INVEST) held an event to launch the model house of the Tay Nam Viet Tri Urban Area project - Palm Manor with the theme "Welcome Home".

Palm Manor townhouses have an area of ​​71-100m2, a frontage of 5-6m, a 7.2ha subdivision, a corner lot of 6.3-7m, and a 1.9m high rear fence. Palm Manor townhouses do not have a side gap. Instead, the distance between the two adjacent blocks is 4m. The townhouses have 3-4 bedrooms in a contemporary style. The green living space, fully equipped with amenities ensures the most comfort.
