From the success of the Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, key units of the Navy stationed in Quang Ninh have urgently deployed many enthusiastic activities, taken strong actions, and determined to realize the congress resolution.

The spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Intelligence - Development" is not just a slogan, but has permeated and spread from the Party Congress of Naval Brigade 147, arousing great motivation in each officer and soldier of the unit to compete for achievements, determined to successfully complete the goals set out in the congress resolution.

Colonel Le Tuan Anh, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the 147th Naval Brigade, emphasized: The success of the congress is a solid foundation for the 147th Brigade to grow even stronger. The unit is promoting the emulation movement "Speed, determination to win" and organizing a 20-day and night emulation campaign of exemplary action, aiming to create a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging officers and soldiers to excellently complete all assigned tasks. The highest goal is to build a Party organization that excellently completes its tasks, to build a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, modern Brigade, worthy of being a reliable mobile combat force of the Region and the Service.

With a strategic vision, the Party Committee of Brigade 147 has identified three key breakthroughs in the new term. These include focusing on innovating and improving the quality of training and exercises in the context of modern combat; strengthening the building of disciplined, regular units, ensuring absolute safety; promoting digital transformation and military administrative reform.

From the barracks to the training ground, on each ship, the spirit of competition is clearly present. The red flags bearing the words "Officers and soldiers of Brigade 147 are determined to complete all tasks excellently" are stretching to welcome the sea breeze, on the training ground there is a bustling atmosphere of training, all signaling a new journey full of confidence and determination to win.

Senior Lieutenant Pham Xuan Nam, Captain of Company 2, Battalion 474, Naval Brigade 147, shared: Every officer and soldier in the unit is deeply aware of their role as a core in implementing the Party Congress resolution. Promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's Soldier - Navy Soldier", from the command level to the soldiers, each person proactively studies the resolution and develops a specific personal work plan. We continue to adhere to the motto "Taking the battlefield as a training ground", determined to train well, be highly combat ready, contribute to the overall achievements of the Brigade, towards the goal of building a strong, exemplary, representative Brigade and a good training unit.

Sharing the same spirit, Party committees at all levels in the 170th Naval Brigade Party Committee are urgently turning the spirit of the Party Congress into practical actions, resolutely building a strong, compact, and elite unit, building a exemplary clean and strong Party Committee, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks, contributing to firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huy Luyen,   The Political Commissar of Brigade 170 affirmed: We clearly determined that putting the congress resolution into practice does not stop at words, but must be done through specific and effective actions, taking the results of task implementation as the most authentic measure. With new spirit and new confidence, the Party Committee and the entire Brigade 170 will promote the tradition of more than 46 years of building, fighting and growing, upholding the spirit of solidarity, unity of will and action, absolute trust in the leadership of the Party, the management and administration of the State, promoting the combined strength of the entire unit. On the basis of thoroughly grasping the Resolution of the Party Congress, resolutions and directives from higher levels and the spirit of innovation from the 17th Congress of the Brigade Party Committee, all cadres and soldiers strive to build a strong Party Committee in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, improve combat readiness, firmly manage assigned sea areas, and maintain sovereignty over seas and islands in all situations.

Brigade 170 also synchronously deployed breakthrough contents, especially focusing on practical training, building strong discipline, training strict discipline, promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation in operations and training; constantly improving coordination capacity, proactively grasping the situation, firmly managing assigned sea areas.

With the spirit of solidarity, intelligence, proactiveness and innovation, naval brigades in Quang Ninh are affirming their high political determination and courage, taking drastic actions and proactively turning the Party's resolutions into vivid reality. They are firmly building a clean and strong Party organization, building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern unit, worthy of being the core mobile force of the Navy, contributing greatly to the cause of firmly protecting the sacred sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.
