Direct armed forces to set up barricades and provide full warnings; organize serious on-duty shifts and deploy response work with the "4 on-site" motto according to assigned tasks and authority.
Check, inspect and count the number of boats and canoes of people in residential areas to be able to mobilize when necessary.
For areas at high risk of landslides, there needs to be a long-term plan to help people feel secure in living and producing.
