On the morning of December 8, the Department of Information and Communications coordinated with the National Digital Transformation Agency, Ministry of Information and Communications to organize an online training conference to popularize digital skills for members of the community digital transformation team in Ha Tinh province, 2023. The conference was connected to 216 commune, ward and town bridges in the province. |

At the conference, delegates will be presented with important contents on using online public services; online shopping; online payment; protecting themselves in cyberspace; using digital platforms announced by the Ministry of Information and Communications for digital citizens.
At the same time, representatives of the Center for Information Technology and Communications and the Department of Information and Communications also provided guidance on building documents and implementing some contents related to the commune level on the commune-level DTI index.
The training program is one of the contents to improve the provincial DTI index as well as ensure the temporary DTI index that the Provincial People's Committee has just issued. Through the training, it aims to share, convey experiences and improve skills in performing the tasks of the digital transformation team of the villages and hamlets.
In order to support and facilitate officials, people and businesses to participate in digital transformation, the Ha Tinh Information and Communications Department is coordinating with units to develop a number of policies in Ha Tinh province. Accordingly, coordinating with the Department of Finance to advise on the issuance of policies to reduce time and fees when participating in online public services (approved in Resolution No. 101 dated July 14, 2023, reducing 50% when performing online public services on the network environment). In particular, preside over and advise on the issuance of support policies for community digital transformation activities in the province for the period 2024-2025, currently being submitted to the Provincial People's Council for promulgation at the 17th session, 18th Provincial People's Council. |
