Hamlet 6, Quynh Ba Commune (Quynh Luu) is located on Highway 37A, near the district center. The natural land area is 30.75 hectares, of which agricultural land is 24.1 hectares, non-agricultural land and garden land is 6.65 hectares; there are 214 households with 780 people. The hamlet has 11 inter-family groups, people live concentrated in 2 residential clusters (Hamlet 6 and old Hamlet 8). The hamlet Party cell has 31 party members.

With the attention and direction of the Commune Fatherland Front, the Party Committee, the synchronous coordination of the hamlet and the youth unions and associations, the grassroots front cadres are united, unified, and work regularly, contributing with cadres, party members and people in the hamlet to complete the socio-economic development targets and tasks.

Local people actively contract production, animal husbandry, small-scale industries, trade and services develop well, especially food services, carpentry, construction, mechanics... People actively participate in cultural, artistic and sports activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate Spring and celebrate major national holidays; people well comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and local conventions.

Responding to patriotic emulation movements, in 2023, the cadres and people of Hamlet 6 overcame difficulties, strived to rise up, and achieved many remarkable achievements. The average income is estimated at 57 million VND/person/year. The number of rich and well-off households reached 62%, the number of poor households decreased to 1.6%; the rate of cultural families reached 93%.

In the movement to build the model of "Civilized and developed residential area", the Front Working Committee mobilized people and socialized resources to build 100% of the hamlet's roads with electric lighting, and install "Great Solidarity" flag lines; organize activities such as "Saturday for the new countryside", "Green Sunday" to decorate the landscape of the hamlet's cultural house, residential roads, dredge ditches, and take care of flower roads.

The Front's working committee, organizations, clans, and inter-family groups have mobilized people to raise their vigilance, detect and denounce crimes, maintain security and order to ensure social safety, build solidarity in the community, etc. Everyone and every household actively practices a civilized lifestyle, and strictly follows the conventions and village covenants in weddings and funerals according to local regulations.

Promoting the spirit of physical exercise following Uncle Ho's example, the cadres and people of hamlet 6 have established a volleyball club to participate in competitions and exchanges; organized folk dance exercises... attracting many people to participate.

Celebrating the National Great Unity Day, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong acknowledged and commended the achievements that the cadres and people of Hamlet 6, Quynh Ba Commune have achieved in the past year.

The most prominent of which is that the socio-economy has made significant progress, the material and spiritual life of the people has been improved; the natural environment is green, clean, and beautiful, the social environment is healthier, social security is taken care of; the village spirit is close-knit, united, loving, and helping each other, the number of well-off and rich households has increased, and the number of poor households has decreased.

To promote the achievements, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the cadres and people of Quynh Ba in particular and Quynh Luu district in general to continue to take the unique culture of Quynh people as the most important driving force for socio-economic development, ensuring national defense and security.
