Accordingly, the People's Committee of Da Nang City fined ID Korea cosmetic service business (265-267 Hung Vuong Street, Thanh Khe District, Da Nang) for 5 violations, with a total fine of 180 million VND.

Specifically, a fine of 45 million VND was imposed for providing cosmetic services without a written notice of meeting the conditions sent to the competent state agency.

Fine of 50 million VND for 2 acts of using drugs, substances, and equipment to intervene in the human body, while not being a hospital with a cosmetic specialty or a medical examination and treatment facility with a scope of professional activities. At the same time, using practitioners without a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment.

Fined 15 million VND for not collecting and storing hazardous waste according to regulations.

Finally, a fine of 70 million VND for trading in goods of unknown origin in case of violating goods.

In addition, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also fined Ms. LTH (born in 1999, an employee of the facility) VND 35 million for examining and treating patients without being granted a certificate to practice medical examination and treatment.

Previously, on the afternoon of October 24, the Economic and Environmental Police Team of Thanh Khe District Police inspected ID Korea Beauty Salon. Here, the authorities discovered a series of violations.

In particular, the police caught the facility's "doctor", Ms. LTH, red-handed performing "breast augmentation" on a customer without a degree or certificate to practice medicine.

Ms. H admitted that she had only graduated from grade 12, had never received any professional training, and did not have any medical practice certificates or degrees.

However, during her work, she was introduced by the facility's marketing staff as "the best cosmetic doctor in Da Nang".

According to the police, ID Korea operates under a business license for cosmetic tattooing services. However, this facility has arbitrarily performed procedures such as breast augmentation, nose augmentation, using interventional machines, injecting Filler, Botox and other drugs, etc. without being licensed by the Department of Health .
