In the process of receiving information from the people, the Director of Thua Thien - Hue Police quickly directed the 24/7 "hotline" support team to advise and coordinate with the police of units and localities to drastically verify, handle and resolve promptly.

Typically, when receiving information through the hot line of people reflecting on suspicious subjects gathering to gamble, the Criminal Police Department of Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police and A Luoi District Police established a special case, broke up a gambling ring led by Nguyen Ba Man (born in 1976, residing in A Luoi town, A Luoi district) and 10 others who gambled, temporarily confiscating 50 million VND.

Also via the hotline, the Director of Thua Thien - Hue Police received a report from a resident of Huong Van Ward (Huong Tra Town) that due to carelessness, a thief broke into his car trunk and stole three million VND. This report was immediately directed by the Director of the Provincial Police to Huong Tra Police to urgently investigate and arrest the perpetrator, recover the property and return it to the people.
