On November 2, in Khanh Hoa, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, chaired the conference to announce and present the Politburo's decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh to hold the position of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary for the 2020-2025 term.

According to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; was transferred, assigned, and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On behalf of the Politburo, Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Politburo's decision to Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Minh Hung assessed Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh as a well-trained officer, experienced in many positions; a capable and experienced officer, who completed well the assigned tasks.

Mr. Hung also said that the Politburo trusts and asks Mr. Thanh to strongly develop Khanh Hoa province in the coming time.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh affirmed that he will work with the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee to continuously strive to bring Khanh Hoa to continue to develop worthy of the trust and support of the Party Committee, government and people.
