Immediately, the vehicle owner paid the fine and was issued a document requesting to remove the vehicle warning related to the administrative violation on the Registration Inspection Management Program of the Traffic Police Department of Quang Binh Province and sent to the Vietnam Register, inspection agencies and vehicle registration agencies nationwide.

One day before the vehicle inspection, this person looked up information about the fine on the Traffic Police Department's search page and still saw the words: "No fine yet". So how can he get the vehicle inspection?

Regarding this issue, the leader of a vehicle inspection center in Hanoi said that in case the vehicle owner keeps the original copy of the request to remove the vehicle warning related to administrative violations issued by the Traffic Police Department of Quang Binh Province, he can bring this paper to the vehicle inspection center to present to the inspector to remove the warning on the inspection management program of the Vietnam Register and the vehicle inspection facility will accept the vehicle for normal inspection.

If the car passes all inspection items, it will be granted a certificate and inspection stamp with an inspection period appropriate to the production time and vehicle type.

In case the vehicle owner does not have the original request form (only a photocopied copy), the vehicle owner should contact the police agency where the fine was paid, request to remove the fine and change the status from "Not yet fined" to "Fined" on the Traffic Police Department's information search page.

At this time, the vehicle owner brings the vehicle for inspection, the inspection facility checks the software of the Traffic Police Department, when seeing that the violation warning has been updated to the status "Penalized", it will extract the PDF file of this information for storage, and at the same time, upload the information that the vehicle owner has corrected the violation to the Motor Vehicle Warning software of the Vietnam Register, remove the warning and conduct vehicle inspection for the vehicle owner.

According to the inspection centers, implementing the instructions of the Vietnam Register, from 2025, when receiving vehicle inspections, inspection facilities are responsible for looking up vehicle warnings on both the Motor Vehicle Warning software (Vietnam Register) and the software of the Traffic Police Department. At the same time, only inspect vehicles when violations on the Traffic Police Department's software have been updated to the status "Penalized", if the vehicle owner cannot present the corrective documents related to the violation.
