By focusing on implementing solutions to improve product quality and seek market development, in the first 4 months of 2024, 21/25 main industrial products in Thanh Hoa province grew higher than the same period. Many products achieved very high growth rates such as sugar, paperboard, electricity production, gasoline, and sports shoes.

Entering the second quarter of 2024, industrial production enterprises in the province have also signed orders with output increasing by 15-20% compared to the same period last year. Currently, enterprises continue to restructure operations, reduce production costs, reduce prices to connect supply chains, seek new partners and orders, and increase competitiveness in the market.

We are constantly researching to improve product quality, as well as understanding customer needs to expand production. With market signals, this year we are striving to increase by 10% compared to last year."
Mr. Le Van Quang, Deputy General Director of Lam Son Sugarcane Joint Stock Company, Thanh Hoa province added: "In addition to the main customer system of industrial customers, we are promoting retail consumption. In addition, we also launch new products after sugar to meet the consumption needs of customers."

In order to strive for industrial production growth of 14.9% or more this year, the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province is directing relevant departments, branches, localities and units to both implement solutions to promote growth and economic recovery and to grasp information, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, support and create favorable conditions for enterprises in the industrial sector to develop production, business, and exploit and expand markets.
