The Korea Economic Daily reported that global reinsurance company AON Plc, owner of the Landmark 72 complex of three buildings (Hanoi), wants to sell 100% of its shares to collect more than 1,000 billion won (about 18,500 billion VND).
The Landmark 72 complex of 3 buildings includes a 72-storey mixed-use tower with a height of 350m and 2 twin 48-storey towers with a height of 212m. The 72-storey mixed-use tower is called Keangnam Hanoi Landmark, currently the tallest in Hanoi and the 2nd tallest in Vietnam.

This complex was started in 2007 by Keangnam Investment and Construction Group (Korea). However, in 2016, the project was transferred to the current investor.
Keangnam Hanoi Landmark was also known for many years as the tallest building in Vietnam. However, this title was broken by Landmark 81 in 2018, when the project was completed.
As its name suggests, Landmark 81 has 81 floors with a height of 461.2m, designed to be soaring, inspired by traditional bamboo bundles reaching up to the blue sky. The project was built by companies in the Vingroup ecosystem, part of the Vinhomes Central Park project complex, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

The project is inspired by the shape of the traditional ao dai of Vietnamese women. The project was completed in 2014, the investor is Lotte Group.
Another iconic building in Ho Chi Minh City is the Bitexco Financial Tower, shaped like a lotus reaching up to the sky. The building is located in District 1, 262m high, with 68 floors, and was completed in 2010. The project was invested by Bitexco Group.

The project has been in use since 2015.
Another notable project that is about to be completed in Ho Chi Minh City will also be included in the list of the tallest buildings in Vietnam: Marina Central Tower developed by Masterise Homes. This project was just topped out in May this year, with 55 floors above ground and 5 basements. When completed, the tower is expected to be 240m high, in the top 3 tallest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City.
