There are currently 12 tourism products and services in Ha Long Bay, of which 4 are organized and exploited by the Ha Long Bay Management Board. These are: Visiting and experiencing the outstanding global values ​​of the landscape aesthetics and geological and geomorphological values ​​of the World Heritage Ha Long Bay by cruise ship, accommodation ship and discovery yacht - this is one of the unique experiences of the heritage. Along with that is the product of experiencing the fishing village culture of fishermen in Ha Long Bay, deployed in the Cua Van area and the Vong Vieng area. However, due to the impact of storm No. 3 (Yagi), the Cua Van Floating Cultural Center was severely damaged, part of it was submerged, and the raft house system in the Cua Van area was submerged. Currently, the product of experiencing the fishing village culture of fishermen in Ha Long Bay is only maintained in the Vong Vieng area of ​​the VHL4 itinerary in Ha Long Bay. With the product of learning and visiting historical - cultural relics, archaeological sites, tourists can visit Dau Go cave, Ba Men temple, Me Cung cave; visit the only archaeological exhibition area in Ha Long Bay at Tien Ong cave... Along with that, Ti Top beach is an attractive product for tourists to visit during the VHL2 journey on Ha Long Bay.

In addition, in Ha Long Bay, there are 8 tourism products and services organized and exploited by businesses, notably: Rowing boat service operating in 4 areas (Ba Hang, Hang Luon, Cua Van, Vong Vieng). With kayaking service, there are 10 business units operating in 8 areas (Ba Hang, Hang Luon, Cua Van, Vong Vieng, Vung Tung Sau, Ho Dong Tien - Hang Trinh Nu, Hang Co, Cong Do), with 590 kayaks.

In addition, the high-speed boat service on Ha Long Bay also has 4 businesses organizing business with 34 high-speed boats, operating in an area north of Cat Lan island on a one-way route on the inland waterway about 10km from Cat Lan island - Hang Luon - Hon Yen Ngua - Ho Dong Tien - Hang Trong - Hang Thung - Hon Dau Nguoi - Cat Lan anchorage point. Currently, there are 258 companies, private enterprises and individual business households providing tourist transport services on Ha Long Bay with 502 tourist boats registered to operate on 8 sightseeing itineraries and anchoring overnight in 5 areas announced to operate according to regulations. To effectively manage tourism products and services in Ha Long Bay, the Ha Long Bay Management Board has advised the Provincial People's Committee to promulgate plans, regulations, and rules for management, inspection, and supervision of service activities; arrange forces to regularly propagate and guide organizations and individuals doing business in the Bay to comply with legal regulations on security, order, and social safety... At the same time, organize inspections and supervision of service activities of enterprises; check the safety conditions of vehicles and infrastructure systems (rafts, buoys signaling water areas, ship mooring buoys); handle situations, incidents, and accidents that occur; propose measures to handle organizations and individuals who violate regulations...

Implementing the Master Plan on management and development of sea and island tourism products in Ha Long Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay - Van Don - Co To, in addition to traditional tourism services, Ha Long Bay also develops new tourism products to meet the market segment of tourists with high spending ability, such as: Discovery cruise; experiencing Ha Long Bay from above with seaplanes, helicopters; restaurant cruise with Ha Long culinary experience combined with enjoying music and visiting the beauty of Ha Long at night...

To sustainably promote the heritage tourism resources, Ha Long Bay Management Board also coordinates to develop cultural, ecological and community tourism products, such as: Visiting and experiencing the unique cultural values ​​of the fishing community in Cua Van and Vung Vieng areas (listening to love songs, experiencing the making of traditional fishing tools; visiting model classrooms, conservation rafts...); experiencing the pearl farming and making area at Tung Sau lagoon; exploring archaeological sites at Me Cung Cave; visiting the exhibition area of ​​heritage values ​​at Dau Go cave; experiencing the archaeological exhibition area at Tien Ong cave; enjoying Ha Long cuisine and OCOP products of Quang Ninh province at Cap Tao tourist site... The development of tourism products and services in Ha Long Bay contributes to creating jobs for workers and increasing the province's budget revenue.
