Nguyen Dinh Bac regains top form

Both victories of U23 Vietnam in the group stage of the 2025 Southeast Asian U23 Championship had the "footprint" of Nguyen Dinh Bac. The talent from the Hanoi Police Club assisted his teammates to score against U23 Laos and directly scored the decisive goal in the 2-1 victory against U23 Cambodia.

Aggressive and skillful, Dinh Bac broke through the opponent's defense with his elegant personal technique, sprinting past people neatly. The 20-year-old player from Nghe An created a "masterpiece" header goal in the 83rd minute, helping U23 Vietnam overcome U23 Cambodia.

With an impressive performance and goals to help U23 Vietnam enter the semi-finals of the tournament as the top team in Group B, Dinh Bac was voted the best player of the match.
