On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2024) and preparing to celebrate the traditional national New Year, on the morning of January 29, former President Truong Tan Sang visited and laid wreaths and offered incense at the tomb of late General Secretary Tran Phu and presented New Year gifts to people in difficult circumstances in Duc Tho district.
