On the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2025), on the afternoon of February 3, in Hanoi, the Hanoi Party Committee solemnly held a ceremony to present the 65-year Party membership badge to comrade Tran Duc Luong, former Politburo member and former President. President Luong Cuong attended the ceremony and presented the noble badge.

Also attending were Politburo member, Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai; Party Central Committee members: Le Khanh Hai, Head of the Office of the President; Do Trong Hung, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; leaders of departments, branches, and the Hanoi Party Committee.

At the ceremony, the representative of the Hanoi Party Committee announced Decision No. 8001 of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee awarding the 65-year Party membership badge to comrade Tran Duc Luong, former President, Party member of Party Cell 9, Lieu Giai Ward Party Committee, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, President Luong Cuong respectfully presented the 65-year Party membership badge, presented flowers and warmly congratulated comrade Tran Duc Luong on receiving this noble and meaningful title of the Party; affirming that this is not only the honor and pride of the comrade and his family, but also the common joy of the Party committees and branches where he has been and is working.

During 65 years in the Party, regardless of the circumstances or position, comrade Tran Duc Luong always maintained his political steadfastness, was absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland and the people; wholeheartedly served the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation, fulfilled the assigned responsibilities, and was worthy of the trust of the Party, the State and the people.

The President respectfully wishes Comrade Tran Duc Luong and his family good health, happiness, longevity, and much joy in life; and hopes that Comrade will continue to contribute more to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party, State and people.
