Due to the recent impact of storm YAGI (storm No. 3), many peach growing areas along the Red River in the traditional peach craft village of Nhat Tan (Tay Ho) were severely flooded for a long time, causing waterlogged roots and massive death of peach trees.
Currently, people are working hard to prepare the land, take care of and restore the trees, urgently pruning leaves, pruning branches... to be ready to supply Nhat Tan peach trees to the market in time for the Lunar New Year 2025. The owners of Nhat Tan peach garden are making efforts to green the peach growing area along the Red River. Early blooming peach blossoms have appeared sporadically in Nhat Tan peach gardens. Nhat Tan peach tree has had its leaves plucked and has flower buds, ready to bloom in time for the Lunar New Year of At Ty.
