The Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Party Committee was formed on the basis of receiving grassroots party organizations and party members from the Lam Dong, Binh Thuan , Dak Nong (old) Provincial People's Committees and two grassroots party committees (Da Lat University, Nuclear Research Institute) under the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee.

In his opening speech, comrade Ho Van Muoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province, requested that each delegate in the Party Committee promote democracy, intelligence, solidarity, and complete the contents and programs set out by the congress, with the highest determination to build the Party Committee of the People's Committee of Lam Dong province to develop more and more.

Lam Dong province currently has full potential and strengths; has borders, sea, forests, islands and seaports... creating new resources and opportunities for Lam Dong province to make development breakthroughs, firmly stepping into the new era of the nation.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Y Thanh Ha Nie Kdam, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated the spirit and responsibility of the comrades in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee for assigning tasks to promptly deploy related contents, stabilize the organization and apparatus to promptly lead and direct the implementation of socio-economic tasks, Party building, and political system building.

He proposed that the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee for the new term focus on leading, directing, and thoroughly instilling in cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees new thinking about the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State in building a socialist rule-of-law state; socio-economic development , operation of two-level local governments; and implementation of the scientific and technological revolution, digital transformation, and international integration.

At the same time, research and propose opportunities and resources for Lam Dong province to develop strongly and sustainably; propose and advise on removing difficulties and obstacles for large, dynamic and influential investment projects.

In his closing speech, comrade Ho Van Muoi emphasized that immediately after the congress, the Party Executive Committee of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee promptly issued an action program and plan to implement the resolution and quickly put the resolution into practice.

He called on all cadres and party members in the Party Committee to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, innovation, responsibility, arousing the desire to contribute, striving to overcome all difficulties and challenges, concretizing the resolution into action, determined to successfully implement the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, term 2025-2030.
