Approving the change of use purpose of 1.01 ha of rice land to implement the project of building a road to Phuc Ung market, Phuc Ung commune, Son Duong district. Approving the change of use purpose of production forest land for 2 projects with a total area of ​​4.06 ha, specifically: Lam Binh district 1 project with an area of ​​0.22 ha; Yen Son district 1 project with an area of ​​3.84 ha.

The Provincial People's Committee is assigned to organize the implementation of this Resolution in accordance with the provisions of law; the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the committees of the Provincial People's Council, the delegations and delegates of the Provincial People's Council are assigned to supervise the implementation of this Resolution.

This Resolution takes effect from the date of approval by the 19th Provincial People's Council, 10th thematic session on November 14, 2024.
