Nghe An: Highlights September 6

* On the morning of September 6, Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected and urged the progress of the implementation of the Coastal Road project from Nghi Son (Thanh Hoa) to Cua Lo ( Nghe An ). During the inspection, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested localities to speed up the site clearance progress; contractors to concentrate vehicles, machinery and human resources to speed up the construction progress.

* On the morning of September 6, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Dinh Long led a delegation of Nghe An province to visit the Vietnamese Embassy in Singapore. During the working program in Singapore, the delegation of Nghe An province will organize a seminar on promoting investment in Nghe An - a safe, reliable and effective destination; visit and work with economic groups that have, are and will invest in Nghe An.

* Up to now, Nghe An has harvested nearly 20,000 hectares of summer-autumn rice, including more than 7,000 hectares of low-lying, "flood-flooded" areas.

* Due to high market demand, on this occasion traders order papaya from farmers of Tay Hieu Agricultural Cooperative every day in large quantities.

* On September 6, Nghe An Provincial People's Court opened a trial for defendants who fraudulently sold land at auction and fraudulently separated land titles, appropriating more than 7 billion VND.
