* On the afternoon of October 11, the Steering Committee of the Nghe An province's skillful mass mobilization emulation movement held an award ceremony for the journalism contest on typical models and examples of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in Nghe An province in 2023.

* Violating alcohol concentration is one of the main causes of traffic accidents. Therefore, together with the Ministry's working group, the Provincial Police have deployed working groups to the localities to control and strictly handle violations of alcohol concentration, with the viewpoint of "no forbidden areas, no exceptions".
