Every year, from May to July, the seaweed season in Nhon Hai awakens after a long period. It can be said that this is the most beautiful and peak time of the year here. The tide recedes far away, seaweed begins to appear on the water surface and dyes a large area of ​​the sea yellow. Corals, fish, squids, etc. also compete to come here to find food and reproduce.

In the season of seaweed, the sea surface of Nhon Hai fishing village stretches from the area of ​​Ganh Tren (Hai Bac village) to Hon Kho island (Hai Dong village) and Ganh Duoi (Hai Nam village) with clear blue mixed with the yellow-brown color of seaweed rising to the surface of the water, swaying with the current. Sit on a basket boat or gently paddle on the sea surface to feel the beautiful picture of nature.

The special thing about Nhon Hai is that there is an ancient wall built by the Champa people under the sea, called Bo Dap by local fishermen, which only emerges above the sea when the tide is low. Every month, there are only a few days - the first days of the lunar month and the full moon day - when the wall is completely exposed. Depending on the season of the year, according to the tide, the wall emerges above the sea in the morning or afternoon. In particular, in the summer, when the water is low in the afternoon, it is also a good time for you to explore this Champa wall.
