Russia unleashes firestorm, Ukraine shakes violently

Updating the Russia-Ukraine war situation, Ukrainska Pravda newspaper reported that on the morning of March 7, the Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that the Russian army launched Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea and issued air strike warnings across the country.

The urgent announcement said: "Launches of Kalibr cruise missiles from the Black Sea have been recorded."

At 03:32, a group of missiles was reported in the Kherson region, heading northwest. Three minutes later, the Ukrainian military warned of a group of missiles in the Black Sea heading towards the Odessa region: "Odessa, Chernomorsk, Belgorod-Dnestrovsky. Take cover!".

From 3:50 to 5:52, a series of missiles were detected in Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Kharkov, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Nikolaev, Sumy, Chernihiv.

In addition to cruise missiles from the Black Sea, a group of Tu-95 bombers taking off from Russia will most likely launch cruise missiles against Ukraine.

Russian UAV shoots down Ukrainian tank

According to RT news agency, images of the attack were posted on a Telegram channel linked to the Northern military group participating in Russia's special military operation in Ukraine.

In the video, a camouflaged Ukrainian tank is seen lying in a snowy forest. Russian soldiers use a Lancet UAV to attack what appears to be an enemy tank from the Soviet era. After the attack, the Ukrainian tank burst into flames.

The attack site was identified near the village of Velikiye Prokhody in Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, about 10km from the border with Russia. This is a frontline area under the responsibility of the Northern Group of Forces.

Earlier, in an updated report, the Russian Defense Ministry mentioned fighting near the border city of Volchansk in the Kharkiv region, about 45km east of the village of Velikiye Prokhody.

Russia takes control of new base in Kurakhove

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russian soldiers have completed the elimination of remaining enemy forces inside the village of Andriivka in the direction of the Kurakhove front in Donetsk province, eastern Ukraine.

“After completing the attack and clearing the enemy troops, servicemen of the 114th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Central Group of Forces planted several Russian flags inside the village of Andriivka,” the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.

Ukrainian officials have yet to comment on the statement and images released by Russia.

An updated map from the Ukrainian Deep State website shows that the entire village of Andriivka remains in the grey zone, where fighting is taking place. At least five Russian forces are currently targeting various areas inside and around the village.
