Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MSB) has just decided to make a strategic investment in the Backbase Interactive Banking Platform with implementation support from SmartOSC - a provider of high-quality digital transformation solutions and Backbase's partner in Vietnam.
