Specifically, the preferential subjects are prepaid and postpaid subscribers residing in the following provinces and cities: Lang Son, Cao Bang, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Hoa Binh, Son La, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Dien Bien, Ha Giang , Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc. Accordingly, customers will be added 30,000 VND to the KM3T promotional account, used for domestic and international voice and SMS services within 7 days from the time of successful promotion addition. For customers who still have money and usage period in the KM3T account, an additional 30,000 VND and 7 days will be added to the number of days of use.
