At the Conference to announce the shared digital transformation applications at 3 levels in the Party, government, Fatherland Front and political and social organizations of Hanoi City held this morning in Hanoi, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation and Mr. Doan Dinh Dan - Deputy Director in charge of MobiFone Information Technology Center were excellently awarded certificates of merit for their important contributions in implementing the shared digital transformation applications at 3 levels.

Last year, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation deployed a solution to build a work program for the Hanoi Party Committee, the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee and the affiliated districts/counties. This solution helps manage, operate and monitor work progress effectively, scientifically and transparently.

The software for building work programs at the Hanoi Party Committee allows planning, assigning tasks, and monitoring the progress of work implementation of Party committees at all levels, ensuring close coordination between units. At the same time, the solution also helps leaders of the Party Committee and affiliated districts/counties easily monitor, evaluate, and adjust plans in a timely manner, improving the quality and efficiency of leadership and direction.

At the same time, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation also deployed a virtual assistant solution to answer questions about documents for the Hanoi Party Committee. Applying AI technology, the software helps automatically search, analyze and provide information quickly and accurately from the internal document and document system.

This virtual assistant solution helps staff save time, improve work efficiency, and ensure accuracy and consistency in information retrieval. The Corporation has closely coordinated with the Hanoi Party Committee in the process of collecting, synthesizing document data and standardizing information to ensure accuracy and consistency when implementing virtual assistant training.

In addition, the Corporation has proactively coordinated with relevant units to prepare guidance documents and organize training to ensure the effective implementation of the two software: Work Program and Virtual Assistant for Document Q&A. MobiFone has developed a detailed set of documents, including software user manuals, operating procedures and practical situations to support staff during their work.

The documents are designed in various forms such as text, video tutorials and online documents to ensure easy access and convenience during use. Training sessions and software user guides for officials at the Hanoi Party Committee and its affiliated districts are also continuously organized by the Corporation, providing theoretical and practical content directly on the system, helping officials quickly grasp, master the technology and apply it effectively to work.
