Impressive achievements of runner-up Thao Ly

Vu Thi Thao Ly (born in 1999, in Quang Ninh), she is known as the 1st Runner-up of Miss Hanoi Capital 2019.

She graduated from the Law Department of Hanoi University of Culture but then “crossed over” to art activities. Sharing about this step, Thao Ly said: “I came to art by chance, maybe it was fate with the profession. Each field has its own interesting things, its own lessons and once I choose, I will try my best.”

Possessing an attractive figure, when participating in beauty contests, Thao Ly quickly scored points and impressed the audience. It is known that, while studying at Hanoi University of Culture, Thao Ly excellently won the 1st runner-up title of Hanoi University of Culture 2019. Not stopping there, the runner-up continued to "fight" in bigger competitions and won a series of impressive achievements such as: 1st runner-up of Miss Hanoi Capital 2019 , Top 10 Miss Ethnic Vietnam 2022 , Top 15 Miss Grand Vietnam 2022...

In real life, besides her beautiful appearance, the runner-up also impressed with her impressive academic achievements. As a prominent face at Hanoi University of Culture, Thao Ly actively participated in school activities and won scholarships during her studies.

She won third prize in the city-level Intellectual Property Law Competition. In addition, Thao Ly is also attending a Lawyer training course at the Hanoi Judicial Academy.

“I believe in learning anytime, anywhere. The most important beauty of a person is the beauty of knowledge. In the future, I may pursue a career in law.
