Comrade Hoang Tho Trung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation presented the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of the Project Management and Maintenance Board of Traffic Infrastructure (Department of Construction).

Comrade Hoang Tho Trung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and leaders of the Department of Construction presented flowers to congratulate the Executive Board of the Trade Union of the Construction Quality Inspection Center (Department of Construction).

At the conference, representatives of the Provincial Federation of Labor's Trade Union Working Committee announced the decisions of the Provincial Federation of Labor on the establishment of grassroots trade unions and the Decision on recognizing the Executive Board of the Grassroots Trade Union of the Construction Quality Inspection Center and the Project Management and Maintenance Board of Traffic Infrastructure from August 15, 2025.

Presenting the decision and speaking at the conference, Comrade Hoang Tho Trung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation suggested: The Executive Board of the Grassroots Trade Union of the Construction Quality Assessment Center and the Project Management and Maintenance Board of Traffic Infrastructure should closely follow the programs and work plans of the higher-level Trade Union to develop programs and work plans and organize effective implementation. The grassroots trade union should actively propagate the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State, resolutions of the higher-level trade union, the Trade Union Law, the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, the role, functions and tasks of the trade union organization as well as the internal rules and regulations of the agency and unit to union members and employees... so that civil servants and employees can see the role and superiority of the Trade Union organization. At the same time, regularly launch emulation in performing professional tasks; organize well activities to improve the material and spiritual life of union members and employees. Pay attention to performing well the representative function of caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; building increasingly strong grassroots trade unions.
