Another factor to consider is age. Previously, many foreign players came to the V-League when they were past their peak, often only playing well in Vietnam for another 1 or 2 seasons. But now teams are looking to choose quality foreign players who are still in their prime. Names that can be mentioned include Filipe (HCM City Police Club, worth 1 million euros, 26 years old), Njabulo Blom (Nam Dinh Club, 950,000 euros, 25 years old), Yevgeniy Serdyuk ( Ha Tinh Club, 900,000 euros, 27 years old)...

Whether foreign players can integrate well into the V-League or not depends on many factors. But if based on the numbers, it is clear that the quality of foreign players is gradually improving.
