Delegates attending the congress discussed and contributed many quality opinions to evaluate the leadership results in implementing the resolution of the 10th Congress of Party Delegates of the Political Officer School, and proposed many measures to effectively implement the orientation for the next term.

At the congress, delegates agreed with the general direction and goals for the 2025-2030 term, including the following: Closely following the practical requirements of Party and political work activities in the entire army, promoting the position, responsibility, and heroic tradition, building clean and strong Party organizations, a comprehensively strong "model, typical", smart, and modern School; effectively, resolutely, and synchronously implementing breakthroughs in innovation to improve the quality of education and training, building formality, and building teams; successfully completing assigned tasks. The Congress contributed many quality opinions to the draft documents of the Central Executive Committee to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the draft political report of the Central Military Commission to be submitted to the 12th National Party Congress of the Army.

The Congress promoted responsibility and wisely selected comrades with outstanding qualities, abilities and prestige to participate in the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and the delegation to attend the 12th Army Party Congress in accordance with procedures and principles, ensuring quality, reasonable structure and solid succession.

From the success of the congress, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Tuan requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to urgently concretize the congress resolution into action programs and practical, effective work plans that closely follow the political tasks of each agency and unit; launch a widespread emulation movement throughout the School, determined to successfully implement the congress resolution right from the first year of the term.
