Thus, since Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - former Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC - was prosecuted for stock manipulation since the end of March 2022, almost all of the personnel of the Board of Directors and the Board of General Directors of FLC have been "replaced".

Specifically, the Board of Directors of FLC Group in 2021 consists of 5 people: Mr. Trinh Van Quyet (Chairman), Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung as Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and members including Ms. Bui Hai Huyen, Mr. Dang Tat Thang and Mr. La Quy Hien. Up to now, Mr. Trinh Van Quyet and Ms. Huong Tran Kieu Dung are being detained in the stock price manipulation case. Mr. La Quy Hien resigned from the Board of Directors in July 2022 and in August 2022, Mr. Dang Tat Thang also resigned from the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Up to now, Ms. Bui Hai Huyen is the last remaining person to resign. Thus, the entire Board of Directors under Mr. Trinh Van Quyet no longer has anyone left.

Instead, Mr. Le Ba Nguyen - Mr. Trinh Van Quyet's brother-in-law was elected as Chairman of FLC Board of Directors from July 2022. FLC Board of Directors also has Mr. Doan Huu Doan - Vice Chairman and Mr. Le Thai Sam - member to replace the old members.

Similarly, FLC's Board of Supervisors in 2021, consisting of 3 members, also retired in early July 2022 and was replaced by 3 new members.

For the Executive Board of 9 people (General Director and Deputy General Directors) in 2021, up to now, General Director Bui Hai Huyen and 5 Deputy General Directors have resigned, including Ms. Vu Dang Hai Yen, Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Duong, Mr. La Quy Hien and most recently Ms. Le Thi Truc Quynh and Ms. Dam Ngoc Bich. For those who retired in 2022, FLC has elected new people to replace them in the Executive Board. Currently, FLC's Executive Board has 6 people left.

Earlier this year, FLC also announced that Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong was no longer the Head of FLC's Internal Audit Department and Ms. Tran Thi My Dung was no longer a member of the Internal Audit Department. The two had resigned for personal reasons. As of the time of the announcement, there was no one left in FLC's Internal Audit Department.

As planned, on March 4, FLC will hold the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of FLC Shareholders regarding the resignation of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director and other members of the Board of Directors. The company will have to elect new members to replace Ms. Bui Hai Huyen and Mr. Dang Tat Thang - who resigned from all positions at FLC and Bamboo Airways at the end of July 2022...
