Accordingly, to continue to improve the effectiveness of propaganda work to ensure traffic order and safety in the fourth quarter, especially before, during and after Tet, the Traffic Safety Committee of Lang Son province has developed a plan to install traffic safety propaganda signs at school gates, cultural houses of residential areas and residential areas in Lang Son province.

This aims to strengthen propaganda and dissemination of legal education on traffic order and safety, raise awareness and voluntary compliance with the law among traffic participants, and build traffic culture in the community.

Lang Son Provincial Traffic Safety Committee directs the installation of propaganda signs at all school gates in the province (each sign measures 80 x 120cm) and cultural houses of residential areas in wards and towns with high population density (each sign measures 60cm x 80cm). Build and organize propaganda and installation of signs (size 60cm x 80cm) at 183 cultural houses of residential areas in wards and towns in the province. Implementation time is before November 15. Implement contract procedures to hire design units, complete and provide sufficient number of traffic safety propaganda signs, implementation time is before November 25.

In addition, propaganda and mobilization work must be practical and effective, at all school gates in the province and in residential areas; and traffic safety propaganda signs must be installed at cultural houses of residential areas in wards and towns in the province.

The Traffic Safety Committee of Lang Son province is responsible for providing and handing over traffic safety propaganda signs to the Traffic Safety Committees of districts and cities for implementation.

This activity is carried out in 3 steps: developing propaganda content and printing propaganda signs; implementing contract procedures to hire a design unit, completing the provision of sufficient number of traffic safety propaganda signs; and launching the installation of propaganda signs at all school gates in the province.

Recently, Lang Son province has organized many programs to popularize and propagate traffic safety in schools. Accordingly, the traffic police force coordinated with schools to organize courses to learn about traffic safety laws, signs and traffic law compliance for students.

Here, students are informed and asked about issues related to traffic on the road. At the same time, parents are also organized to sign a commitment not to give their children vehicles when they are underage.
