Deeply aware of that importance, over the years, the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Provincial Police have always paid special attention to and closely directed the development and improvement of the quality of reading culture throughout the force.

Not only launching a reading movement in the unit, the Provincial Police also organized for officers and soldiers to visit and read books at the Traditional House, contributing to spreading the spirit of loving books, forming the habit of reading books in the entire force.
